9. There will be immediate attention given to State Highway safety and all Law officers Local, State and Parish will be advised to readjust to a more aggressive ticketing of all violations with more attention on drinking and drugs on the roads. These increase of funds will help the State get out of debt and reduce taxes on tax payers.

10. Parents will be given the responsibility of bringing the kids to schools and will save millions annually in bus fuel and repairs.

11. If in fact, by 2011 prices and cost of living has not adjusted A price freeze will be placed in priority one to shut down the big boys theft in price fixing which is illegal.
